Our Commercial Cleaning Checklist
Empty all trash containers and wastebaskets; and replace and tie all trash liners.
- Remove trash from rooms and exterior trash receptacles to designated areas.
Dust desk and credenza tops, file cabinets, counters, sills, and ledges.
Dust framework, picture frames, baseboards, and wall hangings.
Dust all venetian blinds with extension duster to remove dust.
Vacuum all offices, carpeted areas, hallways, and entrance mats/runners.
Disinfect door handles and touch points to minimize the spread of germs.
Dust mop hard floor surfaces and traffic areas to remove debris.
Mop all hard floors consistent with floor care procedures.
Remove marks and smudges from doors, glass, frames, walls, and partitions.
Wipe surfaces, counter tops, and cabinet faces in eating areas/coffee stations.
Clean all drinking fountains and stainless-steel receptacles.
Clean elevator thresholds, metals, light fixtures, certificate holders, and panels.
Vacuum upholstered furniture in executive areas, lobbies, and rooms.
Spot clean carpets where necessary due to spills.
Clean coffee stations, vending areas and cafeteria; including countertops.
Wash interior and exterior of all waste receptacles in the building as needed.
Empty restrooms sanitary disposal containers, replace liners, fill all dispensers.
Clean and disinfect all restrooms disposal containers and countertops.
Clean and polish all restroom mirrors and bright work.
Clean and disinfect all toilet fixtures and urinals inside and outside.
Clean partitions, walls, smudges, marks, and switch plates to remove drips.
Machine scrub all tile flooring to remove dirt, stains, and ground in debris.
Report all mechanical or plumbing deficiencies to maintenance management.
Keep all janitorial storage areas clean, neat, and orderly.
Comply with security system procedures to ensure property and staff safety.
